June Jabber

We started off the month doing a little service and getting a lot of love in return!

Danica and I helped Aunt Vonda plant flowers around her house, and then we took her to lunch at Herm's Inn, to eat some good food and visit. She's still going strong at 93!!!

We also had Jaxson and Kennlyn here while Amie and Matt helped with Girls Camp.

Amie however ended up in the Emergency Room in Salt Lake City with kidney stones! They all ended up staying here for awhile until she got them taken care of. Glad we were able to help out and that all went as best as it could.

 

Nate and Kim got their bikes stolen!! Andrew did a little detective work by checking out  EBay and found them! It was left to the Oakland Police Department to do a sting!! Pretty intense week and a half, but Nate and Kim got one of the bikes back (Kim's). Word was Nate's bike had been sold to someone already. Thank you Oakland Police Dept. for the good work! We just hope Nate's shows up sometime.

Danica's working swing shift on the caramel popcorn line for Kathy Kaye Foods which gives her more hours and pays better. She hopes to earn good money to help pay for school.

 Zandra got promoted to be a trainer at Olive Garden and Garrett took a road trip on his motorcycle to St. George with some buddies to see one of his good friends get married. We were all glad to see him come home!

 

Lindsay threw a early birthday party for Titan at the Splash Pad Park in Providence. We had cake and ice cream and played in the water a little, as well as visited with the Olsen clan. Titan loved the cake and opening his gifts.

I took my "Golden Girls" to Sun Valley, ID where we took in some clean fresh air, ate good food and talked till way into the night. Love those gals.

Andrew was preparing for his certification test as a instructor and had a few seats available so Garrett and I jumped in. We live in a beautiful world.

Andrew passed his test by the way and has been applying for jobs.

Amie planned a three day Dale Hansen Reunion. We had the whole family together!

We all met in Salt Lake where we stayed, at the Hilton. We visited and caught up on every one's happenings. We went to Seven Peaks Water Park and tried out the wave pool, and all the slides, floated down the Lazy River and relaxed.

 We went to a Fun Center and played Lazer Tag, drove go-carts and bumper boats, rode in an airplane, miniature golfed and just let the kid live in all of us. After, we all did some karaoke while eating pizza. The crowd loved us----especially when Jaxson and Kennlyn sang "We Will Rock You"!

We even went to the races at the Rocky Mountain Raceway and got a glimpse of how that need for speed is fulfilled. Boy were those cars loud and fast! It was a fun time for all.
