January Jangle

I took Danica to the airport to catch her flight back to Iowa. The partys over, she'll be hitting the books again. We enjoyed her while we had her here.
Now we're back to being full-time Empty Nesters, which isn't all that bad. I went with Dale to Salt Lake while he attended the USBA conference at Little America. It was my time to relax!

I've been busy ushering some, doing DIBELS testing, serving in the Logan Temple, fulfilling my calling in the Relief Society and trying to stay warm!!!
Nate and Kim are enjoying the warm temperatures of California and longing for the snow, and we've had two weeks where it was below zero and it got as low as -17 degrees a few nights. Believe me, the hot chocolate was tasting real good!
We even got 16-18 inches of snowfall this month (More than they got in the mountains). Dale was sure glad to have a snow blower. The inversion got pretty bad as well, so we welcomed the snow storms that cleared it out. Blue skies, sunshine and glistening snow are what make it all worth living here. So beautiful!!
Garrett and Zandra are juggling work and school and trying to find time to spend time together whenever they can. You do what you have to do to pay the bills, right?
Andrew got back on the payroll with ARS and started school to be a flight instructor. He's hoping to get a job as an instructor so he can get more time in the air. Titan is growing like a weed and talks a lot. Still doesn't say grandma, just grandpa. That little stinker!! Lindsay is counting down the days when she'll be back to normal again. Their baby is due next month.
The Mallorys are surviving life with 3 kids. Jaxson started playing basketball and Amie got the thumbs up to start lifting weights again (Kennlyn loves to be held and hugged).

Dale and I are adgusting to the peace and quiet. All is well.
