We can't forget what happened with the rest of the family during the month of November, but my Namestat post was way long, so I thought I'd break this months post into two parts--
Nate got away for a quick Thanksgiving weekend. He went to California, and spent time with his long-time friend, Brigham White, his wife Barbara, and their two girls at their home. He got a home cooked meal, and spent time in good company.
He also got in a few cool pics while playing around on their trampoline.
His clientele is picking up for work and he’s staying busy. He’s also finding time to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors most weekends. His love for the outdoors is evident, he signed up for the Bear100, a 100-mile trail run in the Bear Lake area that will happen in September of 2020. He made it easy for us to be able to support him in this run!
The Mallory’s got a new ride for their family. A 2015 Ford Explorer that was in mint condition. It will be nice for their active family.
Langston celebrated his 7th birthday with the family a day early, so on Thanksgiving, with the family. He’s growing up on us. Happy Birthday Langston!!
Andrew and Lindsay loaded up their Nissan Armada and headed to Bonner’s Ferry, WA to spend Thanksgiving with Lindsay’s sister, Ginny, and her husband and family, and her mom. They had a good time and the kids got to reacquaint themselves to their cousins that they don’t get to see as often. Luckily the weather held out for them in their travels and they had good roads for most of the way.
Andrew celebrated his 32nd birthday with them. He’s still trimming trees from a helicopter 4 weeks at a time and then being Mr. Mom for 4 weeks when he’s home with the family.
Danica and Jason took a leap and bought another Townhome. The one they had been living in got renters before they were able to close on the one they were buying, so they moved in with Steve, Jason’s dad, for a while until they were able to close on their new place.
They moved into their new place the week of Thanksgiving. I'd say that's something to be thankful for. I wish them the best.
They made it to a few of the Utah Jazz games and Jason even got a pair of the “limited edition” Jazz shoes.
November was a good month. Life has been good to the Hansen clan.
